Construction News: 3/8/2021 - 4/5/2021

General Notes:

Site roadway gates are closed and locked. They will not re open to the public for 15 months.
Project working hours will be from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, except holidays. Occasional Saturday work is expected to take place.
Neighbors in Lower Stillwell to the North and South of the project boundary (see attached map) should expect elevated levels of noise as well as increased vehicle traffic. There will be an increase of activity outside of the construction fence lines as crews bring equipment and material in.
Service disruptions for water or power should be expected and 48 hour notification will be given when feasible, but unplanned interruptions may occur should there be any unforeseen failures.

Residents can help to facilitate this work and ensure quality and safety for everyone by:

Not entering site access gates.
Honoring the controlled work zones and do not cross the construction fence lines.
Ensure that any pets kept in backyards cannot escape and enter the project site throughout the course of construction.
Large work trucks shall be required to perform work, please watch for trucks and construction personnel.
Medium sized construction equipment may maneuver in and around the Lower Stilwell neighborhood so residents should exercise caution while navigating the area.
